The magazine & the company
About Us
Visioni Immobiliari is the editorial magazine of 2D Sviluppo Immobiliare, a real-estate development company based in Bari, Apulia — founded in 2025 by Domenico Dentamaro.
The magazine chronicles the regeneration of Apulian villages and the long-term valorisation of the territory: land, historic buildings, rural landscape and the communities that live there.
What we cover
- Village regeneration across the six Apulian provinces: Bari, Barletta-Andria-Trani (BAT), Brindisi, Foggia, Lecce, Taranto
- Rural landscape and centuries-old olive groves valorisation
- Stewardship, historic architecture and long-term legacy
- Special Economic Zone (ZES Unica) and territorial development
The company behind the magazine
2D Sviluppo Immobiliare works across Apulia on land valorisation, residential and commercial development, ZES consulting, property swaps and investments. The company operates through its own framework, the Metodo F.I.L.O., and publishes official market data with sources (Agenzia delle Entrate – OMI, ISTAT).
Editorial principles
- Facts first: numbers with sources and dates, no inflated marketing
- Every data point cites its official source (Agenzia delle Entrate – OMI, ISTAT, municipal resolutions)
- Corrections are published openly; pages show their last update date
